    Looks good man.

How are you going to get in to the Plano with the awning open...? I know it all depends on what’s in the box. But that’s why I positioned treds on awning side and box on non awning side. I’ll most likely never need the treds while the awning is deployed, but I may keep stuff up top that I’ll need if awning is out (just random shit). Food for thought.

Good point. I did the same with my set up as yours with the Plano and awning on separate sides.
Maybe not obvious here but I can easily access the case while the awning is deployed.

I replaced the mounting bolts on mine with stainless button head Allen key bolts (same for bar bolts so any maintenance can be done with same tool). While this may not prevent thief, I found, at least on the cab rack, that a couple of the bolts are directly underneath the cross bars so anyone wanting to steal the rack also needs to take extra time to remove one or two of the cross bars. If you want extra security, I suppose you could fill the Allen key holes with something that dries hard (chewing gum, window putty?) but you can still chip out later with an ice pick

I tried searching but couldn't find anything. Can anyone tell me how many spare t-nuts come with a new Prinsu Cabrack (if any)? I just want to make sure I have the hardware I need once my Prinsu gets delivered.

I had 4 extra. You only need 10. From what I’ve heard you’ll always have enough with a few extras. No need to worry.

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I have plans of mounting a bunch of crap to it once it gets here. So I just wanted to make sure I had enough for everything after it was mounted on the truck. Sounds like I'll need another 10 at a minimum. I'll probably just pick up a bunch of them to have spares. I appreciate the response it's very helpful.

Oh okay I gotcha, use 1/4" carriage bolts. They're sturdier imo and you don't have to fiddle with a Torx bit. you can use wing nuts or a regular nut.

Added a Cali Raised 42" light bar to my Cab Rack. Install only took several minutes and it fits like a glove. Its not wired yet. I'm starting to get too many wire harnesses running all over the place. I may need find a more efficient wiring alternative.

How did the ARB bracket install go for you? I think an awning is next on my list and a $65 set of gaudy brackets from Prinsu isn't helping my enthusiasm.

6 bolts per bracket, 2 brackets will hold the 6' ARB awning. Dead simple

What ever came of this dilemma? Did the ARB brackets work with your RTT? If so, are they sturdy enough? I’m kind of in the same situation and just trying to figure out which brackets to go with for my awning.
