After 5 minutes they came apart like a fresh grilled cheese sandwich being pulled apart. I didn't feel like cleaning out the channel and using new butyl so I just reheated them in the oven again and resealed them up when I was done. I'll know this winter if that decision was the right one but I didn't lose much of the original sealer.

Be sure to put a rag under the lights so the plastic doesn’t melt on the rack

I was a sophomore in high school, I remember that morning pretty well. My mom always had the news on the TV while we were getting ready for school, since we were in CA by the time I woke up the first plane had already hit and the second one hit while we were watching the live news on TV. I remember thinking how in the hell can that happen on accident twice? Didn't even occur to me that terrorism was involved because up until that moment, in my life I hadn't seen anything like that happen before. Nowadays of course when we hear of an explosion or a plane crash we immediately suspect terrorism first and 'possible accident' second or thirdly. A lot of things changed that day.

edit - I sort of take that back, I do also remember the Oklahoma City bombing but I think I was young enough then for it to not leave as big an impression on me. And that one was on a much smaller scale of course, still pretty terrible though.

I had two Harbor Freight units before, the newer one was okay. I have an Econoline 36-1 now.

I've always baked at 275° in 5 minute intervals. I can usually get them open in just 5 minutes.

350 at 100 minutes or until golden brown. Add bread crumbs when the clock has 12.5 mins left.

My mom used to make this oven baked chicken breast recipe where the chicken was dipped in some kind of sauce I forget, then breaded with corn flakes. Was so good

Probably a simple egg wash, just beaten eggs.
