AllenFab Custom Hybrid front bumper and recovery points. Drivetrain lifted 2" in conjunction with a 2" BL. Modified Trail Gear transmission crossmember/skid. Warn Xeon 10K winch. Large left side body mod.
You might also consider doing some research into keeping the pan-hard bar. Don't really understand what it would do on a leaf spring setup, but my YJ had one on the leaf spring rear axle so it must do something. I don't recall if it had one in the front as well. It was a long time ago and I never really had any trouble from the front end out side of some bent shocks, that honestly, I never replaced, using them like a sort of bump stop. Figured if I replaced them they'd just get bent again, and it didn't effect the ride on or off road that I could tell, so I applied the K.I.S.S. principle and decided if it wasn't broke I wasn't going to fix it.

No pan hard on the rear. Not sure why jeep would put one in the rear of a leaf spring setup. Have seen them on front leaf setups before. Rear will be seeing a traction bar but that’s about it

Started to clear the brackets to plate the rear frame. But the rust god already touched its soul. Rear frame from under the rear seats back will be rebuilt with 2x3 square tube. Inside the frame was much worse then what I found outside the frame. Bunch of flakes/chunks of frame came out.

Little update. Not much time has been spent on it. Got 2 frame plates welded on one inner almost before I ran out of wire.

Started to rebuild the rear axle and currently waiting on a drive flange to go to the stock driveshaft for the sterling axle. Should be quick since the guy said he just got a few done and stocked the shelf today.

Have the rest of the frame plates to do and then I can get the rear axle under it enough to push it out and start on the front.

    Here’s what everyone likes

Rear suspension is burned in. Need to set pinion angel and weld the perches still

Started the f150 fuel tank mod, no pictures of the fuel sending unit modification but have everything but had to cut off the low level fuel sensor.

Tell me what what you would have done differently then. It’s not doing being capped, still need to fill the openings you see. And I guess a few guys in pirate did a hack also
