Went up one size tire and that caused passengers side clearance to be different than drivers.

Toyota is terrible at alignments. The trucks come from the factory misaligned and in general their techs have no idea what you are talking about. If their machine says “in spec”.....it’s “in spec”, that’s it.

As unfortunate as it is, you need a mechanic that represents your best interest, rather than Toyota’s best interest, to give you the straight goods. It’ll be worth the $100.

I'd honestly be surprised if they actually changed your spark plugs. Or put your old ones back in once they realized. I've seen them do some shady shit

I gave my Toyota dealer two chances to fix my crappy factory alignment that pulled right under warranty. In both cases it was “in spec”. Finally laid my money down at a frame and alignment shop (not a tire shop), and the truck has driven beautifully ever since. Money well spent and no hassle.

This is common with front end alignments. One of the cam bolts is probably seized so it was adjusted by the other. My truck is the same way right now. Once I fix the cam bolt they will be able to make both sides even.

I think I also had a froze cam on the passenger side so it over whelmed them more trying to get the camber set, never again

I don’t know yet. It’s in alignment right now with barely a rub on the passenger side so I’m not in a hurry to fix it.

WOW! This is crazy! Did you own the truck when the right front was damaged? It would be interesting to see what repairs were made at that time.

The latest was my service advisor promising my he would let me know if it had records of the frame being checked, but don’t forget to get that survey in with high marks. I’m getting differentials serviced for half priceish, free detail and him looking further into my repairs. That was the last Friday of October.

Nope, that’s it. I think my next step Is to take it to another place for an alignment.
