    Nothing good this morning... :(
I left my Tacoma idling in N on the ramp (the ramp we use to wash our vehicles or make repairs/adjustements underneath).
While I was outside, checking the position of the greasings points, the truck backed down on its own and stamped a fence

Thanks. They needed to be redone because the powder coat was beginning to peal from corrosion, so I got a little creative. I'm very pleased with how they turned out.

Can’t believe I’m so excited over one little light but the fog light switch has been bugging me the last 8 years. Best $5 mod I’ve ever done!

I can’t take credit for coming up with it but @Mt.Boy did a great writeup a few years ago.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/need-input-on-fog-light-switch-mod-replmnt.246095/#post-5944563

Basically it looks like the FJ switch everyone buys uses the same molded base as the Tacoma switch so this mod enables the use of a second indicator bulb. The hardest part is getting the light guide to align in its slot in the switch body because things are tight. I used 0.15” clear rod because it’s what I had around but things would’ve been alot easier to fit with 0.125”. Would’ve required less fitting and trimming but I’m thrilled with the results.

Edit: also despite what people say it’s easy to remove the fog switch without dropping the dash panel. Just remove the coin tray and then mirror adjust switch. With that out you can just reach the bottom tab on the fog switch with a flathead to release it. Took mine in and out several times that way.
