When I Get Home, I'll See If I Have Any of the Back.
If I Don't I'll Remove the Grill Tomorrow (Hurricane Due This After Noon) and Take a Couple for Ya.
Cut Oversized Triangular Mesh Pieces,
Anchored With Three 6/32 x 1-1/2" or 2" Screws, Epoxied to Grill Surround.
Two Screws @ Wide Top
One Screw @ Bottom
Mesh onto Screws Then Washers + Nuts.
Extreme Outer Sides of Triangle Mesh Touch the Headlights and Cannot Be Secured.

Found Some
Pre-Trimming

Side of Triangle closest end of grill is against headlight and needs to be trimmed flush
Around center grill are Stainless 6/32 x 1-1/2" screws with plastic washers lock washers and nuts
Triangles: one 6/32 x cut to length SS screw at top padded out and epoxied to support (Red Square in Some Pics)
Three 4-40 x cut to length SS screws tapped into grill (Red Circles)
(Plastic and SS Washers).
Use lock washers or nylocs (Nylon Insert Nuts)
Emblem secured with 4-40 x cut to length SS screws, plastic washers, washers, and lock washers threaded into letters
#00 Faucet Washers between grill and letters

what kind of epoxy did you use man???post pic or brand name

 

I used a 2 part / 5 minute epoxy from Lowe's or Home Depot. Don't have the brand.

They're all the same, buy a brand name if your more comfortable with that.

subbed for reference when I start on my grill. One question though. My grill surround is chrome. Is there a way to get it black to match my truck? I wasnt sure if you could scuff up the chrome or something to let paint grab onto. Let me know any suggestions. Thanks. Great job by the way. Really smart!
