I'm still doing at home unsupervised PT which is just (25) exercises given to me in the hospitals inpatient PT . If I lived close enough to the VA Medical Center I could start outpatient PT this week But i don't (50 miles away) I'm eligible for Veterans choice /Mission act . This program available for Veterans who live 40 miles or more away can request civilian run Healthcare close to were they live . Only problem with this is it takes up to thirty days to be approved

Had some interesting weather last night and it caused all kinds of problems on the road today. I usually take the light rail into work but a lot of the route was shut down due to the tornado. I ended up driving in and it took me about 2 and a half hours. :censored::frusty::facepalm:

    Hope everyone is doing alright.

Watching the Evening news and they had an update on the Pacific Palisades fire . They showed numerous homeowners protecting their houses and property against towering flames using a garden hose . The News agencies and first responders keep reminding the public this a bad idea

A garden hose will only produce a stream of water that's maybe 10 gpm and a fire hose will produce a larger stream of water at 250gpm plus . I know homeowners panic when they see flames and use garden hoses but why put yourself in danger

I had an slick drive today.
Last week farmer down the road was picking corn. Equipment put a lot of mud on road. Well it became hard pack. I went down to neighbors today, about 1/3 mile. It started to rain. The drive home was slick
Truck got full of mud. The road looked like a muddy logging road.:mudding:

Last week I seen all their equipment going down the road and they had a skid loader. I guess the driver didn't have the bucket down far enough.
    20191021_111126.jpg
The mud all washed off on my way to work.
    See,,,,work is good :anonymous:

Watching the local Evening news and a huge fire has just broke out in San Bernardino about 2.5 miles from where I used to live near Little Mtn

    Meh, it's different there.

In monfuckingtana they are trying to repopulate the wildlife

In Alaska they are rats with big antlers

When we went to Florida last April I thought we would stand out because of no sun tan. We went to the beach as soon as we checked into our hotel
Lots of folks without sun tans.
Looking forward to next April when we go again.
I never thought I would like Florida. But I found it very refreshing and relaxing. So much I didn't want to go home.
