Yep looks like we've got another day or so of somewhat warm weather, and then 3 days of snow coming up early next week...

Yeah I have heard it shouldn’t be a lot around down, but I’m sure the mountains are going to be hammered. Last night it was roughly 4-8 inches near the bottom and well over a foot, maybe 20inches at the top

I also have to figure out how to reduce the hood glare from my roof light bar. I may build a little shield for the bottom of it, or I may even vinyl wrap the hood with a cool design or something

Oh yeah, I didn't even think about that. Good way to test it out for a couple weeks.

If all else fails, I'll have to fab something up like that! Or I can try to push my light bar back a couple of inches and use the roof as sort of a shield- don't know how effective that would be

that would probably work, that and maybe attaching a 1in strip of something to act like a 'barndoor' that can help block that direction of light

I think I have a 1/8 piece of aluminum laying around that's 2in x 24in somewhere that I can test out one night for one section of the light bar

@2012TacomaGuy Do you prefer those TRD Pro darkened headlights over the stock oem ones? Thinking about doing the same to my 2015.

Played in the snow a bit today! Also realize I need to figure out a solution for having my full size spare tire in the bed of the truck. Need it clear for ski season! Maybe a rear bumper or hitch tire carrier in the future.

Picked up a replica CBI rear bumper this weekend thanks to @andrewtheadventurer and dropped it off at Foothills Off Road Transformations for a little bit of modification to it. Go check out my friends @YamaDirtrider and @Red Baron for any and all fab work! Also got to wash the truck for the first time in a couple weeks! Excited to put the rear bumper on soon

Was able to snap some photos of the Kings when rotating my tires. Went up to Ward, Colorado to have some fun. Bummer some trails were already closed. Also got to test out my (new to me) carbon Yeti SB66! Absolutely love that thing

Went up Eagles Rock this weekend. Got a bit tricky with all the snow and underlaying ice near the top. Ready for Moab in a couple weeks!

Put the rear bumper on today! Fully rebuilt the swingout arm to make it more rigid and added some bedside protection and some other misc stuff all over the bumper. If you ever need any fab work in Colorado, go to my friends at Foothills Off Road Transformations in Franklin, CO!

Just need to paint the wing out arm and all the welds before Moab!
