I have no power steering, replaced pump twice and not sure what to try now. Bleed air out like I read on here. I caint see any fluid leaking out of the rack. Is there anything else I'm missing here? Any ideas or input would be helpful. It's a 2002 double can 3.4 v6 4x4.

Are you using the original reservoir and is the screen clogged?

The filter screen inside the reservoir. It's a fine mesh screen that can get clogged up with gunk. The video below will show you how to clean it.

Tim- I recently cleaned the screen, (so I could see light through it) also flushed like you show, it did help, thanks for the video-
Still groaning a bit and even more when it comes from park to drive or reverse, at least I hear it more. 03 v6 ... is it the power steering pump next or rack? Probably both with 200k.

Well, I think it's very possible the pumps you got most likely from an auto parts store aren't as good as your original OEM pump. Did you trade it in to satisfy the core charge or do you still have it. If you still have it, I'd reinstall it.

If his steering rack fluid paths are blocked, it would be interesting to see if this product really works as good as Scotty Kilmer says it does. The main reason for steering rack replacements I've seen is due to bad leaks. I would think most of the debris in the dirty fluid is being trapped by the reservoir screen and is staying out of the steering rack.

I decided to add a magnetic inline filter into the return line of my power steering system for extra filtration and I change the filter every 10k miles. With this type of filter in the system, you'll never have to worry about your reservoir screen ever getting clogged again because it filters out material much finer than what the fine mesh filter catches in the reservoir.

    I only cleaned the res.
Original pump and rack as far as I know.
The groaning is there still- so I suspect the rack. Don’t know much about PSpumps other than an OEM part is recommended.

@TWJLee, if you end up rebuilding your pump, I'd like to hear how it turned out for you. But, before doing this, you might take a chance on that product Scotty Kilmer recommends using. I just checked it out on Amazon and it gets pretty damn good reviews: https://amzn.to/2OrCPPz

I rebuilt mine about a year ago. It was pretty easy to do, and runs like a top. Much better than the aftermarket one I put on two years ago that only lasted a year. Good thing I saved my original OEM pump. Never should have wasted my money on that aftermarket one. Should have just rebuilt my original from the get go.
