That's a horrible idea. What time?
I have to read up on that a bit more. Programming was part of the issue with Ford, the application of the dry clutch without the torque was the rest of it. It makes sense that it's programming because it isn't constant like mechanical would be.

Oh I tried, but they couldn't "duplicate" the issue.. needed me to drop it off overnight and being without the truck for a noisy heater fan that is only noisy when cold would mean finding another vehicle and that situation is a struggle right now without a rental.. sigh this was just cheaper and faster in the long run for my situation

I went in for an oil change and they told me it was an “open recall” and they did my blower motor with the oil change. There was no issue with mine but they did it anyway. It did not need to be replicated as it was not a “TSB”.

Later I will look for paper work but if it’s a recall they need to do it for free.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Yeah buddy, in fact when you have time. You should hit those guys up for anything you need. I have done a lot of business with them and they are straight up awesome. Erick or Jay will answer any questions you have, whether that is a simple or involved modification.

No BS, great deals and furthermore just people I would want to spend my money with.
I posted up that Link on the Black Friday page, and your correct it’s a much better deal than anyone else, but the guy that makes those is also one cool cat, and knows his stuff when it comes to metal construction.
I would pick one up, they are more handy than you would think.

Removed the Gator ETX and ordered an Extang soft tri-fold.

Placed an order with @MESO for a black key fob (cement was out of stock- maybe next time for the second fob) and the cool engraved TRD "ashtray."

Actually the name is a reference to Tennessee where the best bourbon is made.

With your color of truck, apply gold letters to the tailgate for the "Scarlet Red & Gold" completion.

    ?
The look? The cost? The assembly? The quality?
Plenty of folks have them and like them so I guess I just don't understand the question.
    Specifics would help.

Personally I prefer the look of a basket if that helps but I've seen plenty of good looking Tacomas with Prinsu's on them.

I also like Lima Beans so.............

I'm guessing that's a college football reference. :notsure:

I CAN say for certain that I am opposed to Lima beans, though I've got nothing against Prinsu.

Same thing here. They had the part in stock and I drove off with an oil change and a new blower motor that I didn't even know I needed.

I'd go back with the receipt, the old part and the knowledge that this should have been a recall and have a little chat with them about it. If I didn't get anywhere with that I'd contact Toyota directly. Just a suggestion but that's what I would do.
Could mean $40 towards another mod.
