    We are not dropshippers. We stock inventory at our U.S. based warehouse and package and send orders from there as well. If you purchase from sites like Alibaba who ship directly from China it can take up to a month to arrive and there is no quality control or recourse if the grill ends up arriving damaged if it even arrives at all. At TPS we personally inspect each grill before it is shipped to ensure that there are no issues with it and so that we can stand behind our products 100%.

    They actually replied hours after I posted this and it showed up a few days later! Very interesting.

    They pop up constantly on IG so I gave them a shot. I ordered the pro grill and the sensor garnish. The finish is what I expected for under $200 but really isn't bad. A little rough but not bad. However; the clips that lock it into place aren't great. They do not provide a super tight lock, and one of them was just off enough it had to be cut off to fit. Still not the end of the world but not really ideal. The garnish on the other hand does not fit in any way. The clips that lock in do not reach the grill to lock, and the pegs that lock into lock washers also do not reach. As a temporary solution I put screws into the pegs that were just too short to reach and that is holding it in place so that my sensor isn't exposed to the elements while I awaited a reply from TRD Proshop. I will say that their customer service is fairly quick to reply. Their solution initially was a 25% discount on reordering the parts. After a little back and forth they changed that to 30%, and are now shipping a new part for free. They are upset with me for putting screws into the defunct garnish, and for "modifying" their parts, which I can understand if it weren't necessary to protect a several thousand dollar piece of electronics. Either way we will see if they send the replacement part, or if it fits the way it is supposed to.

    Take away... I would avoid them. Poor customer service, rude responses, shotty products.

    We were unaware of the parts not fitting together properly until you brought it to our attention. However, you only told us that they didn't work after the parts had been modified and cut up so that they were unreturnable. Had the issue been brought to our attention before you cut up your garnish we would have issued a full refund, covered the return shipping, and had a part shipped back out to you for free. You cannot expect us to accept a return for a part that has been modified. In any case, seeing that you were unhappy with your purchase, we are now shipping you out a new garnish at no cost to you as well as taking a loss on the original garnish that we sent you in order to solve your problem.

    Thank you for your feedback and we stand behind the fact that we have the best customer service in the industry and will do everything in our power to make things right if a customer is unhappy!

    I purchased one of their grills and they are good quality. It looks awesome on my black Tacoma. I also got the LED raptor light kit with it, but one of them stopped working yesterday. @ToyotaProShop please contact me regarding warranty on these, they were only installed in April 2019. Thanks!

    I ordered my pro grille and TSS garnish from them. No problems... I was very confused though, because the TRD pro grille came in like 4 days (good). But there was no garnish. Turns out the garnish was shipping from China and took about 3 weeks to get here. They didn't tell me that on the listing... But it did come, and works well.

    We used to source our garnishes directly from China, but we now have a U.S. based facility that they are being shipped out of with the grills.

    Good to know, it was a little confusing when the grill showed up with no garnish. I'm a little sad to hear that your quality has gone up recently with the new single manufacturer... Now I'm left wondering if the one I got was of lesser quality since I ordered it a while ago :rofl:. Sure looks nice though.

    DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a Pro Grille months back because I saw it was a great price and they were on "sale" and after about 3 weeks I received a used dirty broken one and it was awful! There was even a cockroach in the package and I demanded my money back instantly. They sent me a return address and I was expecting a warehouse but it was someones personal address. I made sure I got all of my money back and I even sent back the cockroach with them, terrible at responding and will never purchase anything from them again.

    Hope this helps guys.

    sorta had a similar experience with the roof racks... The large rubber gasket that surrounds the metal rack doesn't really fit right it's a slight bit small so I gave up trying to mount it. Also was missing 4 screws that go into the metal flanges. And the box it came in was in pretty sorry shape (although no cockroach)

    When I emailed them and said I wanted to return it, they said they would prefer not to as finding a box would be "difficult for me" instead they would give me a discount (turned out to be 10%). They also said they would send me the 4 missing screws. But so far I haven't seen either and now they aren't responding to my emails any more. I guess I can chalk up a $209 lesson... oh well
