No response from Toyota Proshop on grill installation

I recently ordered a TRD pro grill for my 09 from toyotaproshop@gmail.com. I have not been able to get it installed, having problems with installing a rubber seal that goes across the top of the grill. It came with no instructions, no glue. I tried 2 different glues and tape, has not worked. Paid $200. Tried to email Toyota Proshop, no response. Any suggestions? thanks

So I take it this grill isn't like the OEM or aftermarket OEM replacement grills where the seal has a bunch of little plastic compression tabs integrated into it that pop into the corresponding holes on the grill?
