What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Finally figured out and implemented the tool/recovery gear storage for my short bed.

Do they stay in place when you get in and out ?

 

Yes. No issues with that so far. There are two straps that go under the front and hook, and two disk things that you push between The seat bottom and back. The back material is also rubberish and doesn’t seem to slide.

One minor negative, I had my tire pressure dialed in and the dealer let out mucho air.............I was within specs for the tires.........

 

Installed the TRD CAI and tried to install the Caliraisedled molle system in the bed but couldn't get it to fit due to the led lights in the way.

 

Looks really sharp...great idea

 

Did a thing this weekend! Can’t wait to get out and enjoy!

 

Which DT did you go to? I'm about ready to get tires for my new wheels so I may hit them up and see what kind of deal I can get from them.

I could have used it for this trip so I looked. I stuffed the back seat instead. Which was ok since it's just me. But you know, since i did tires, the mod fire is beginning to heat up.

 

No turning back now. These are a good addition if you have a full bumper especially with a winch. You can install them after your bumper is on.

Saw this last year and figured I'd give it a shot.

 

Installed Subaru Kicker tweeters and DS series Kicker 3 way 6x9's in the front doors. Getting too late to get the 6 ½'s in the rear doors so that will be tomorrow. I also have an amp I will eventually power the fronts with. Have all the parts, just need the time.

 

Moved the Thule Canyon XT to the topper and added the extension. Made some brackets and bolted those into the roof of the camper with hopefully a good seal using rubber washers.


inside i took a page out of a couple other posters books and used some uni strut as the bolt backing and now i have something to mount hangy things on:

Same as doing a 3rd Gen.. I did the braided steel lines as well.
