    Honestly, couldn't tell you. I didn't create the shock hoops for the relocation. Previous TW owner created them had them on his truck but decided to drill into his frame to be a "bolt on." I opted to weld it on this time and had my fabricator create the cross brace.

    Anyone running total chaos race lowers factory width with secondaries and hydro bumps?

    I have king extended travel coils and I just picked up hydro bump mounts. However before I cut my factory mounts off and weld the new bumps in I want to make sure everything will fit. I was given the mounts from a friend who went long travel and with the long travel set up he wasn’t able to use the hydro bump mount in conjunction with the bypasses and king coils. And the way the fab shop ended up mounting his bumps they barely contact on the LCA where they should on the box.

    Personally, I'm not a huge advocate for running hydros with an MT kit, especially if you're going to be running a bypass. You'll be riding the bump zone throughout most of the travel unless you run a 1" bump. I was curious of your plan of attack.

    So you would suggest just bypasses and leave the factory bumps?

    I still have a ton of research to do and figure out a set up which is why I’m asking questions now

    If it were my truck, yes.

    I'd use the bypass's bump zone to my advantage and leave the factory bump as a secondary. That may not be the popular opinion though so let's see what the majority says.

    Someone locally is selling a set of Swayaway coilovers and two sets of rear shocks for $400. It sounds like everything would need to get rebuilt, and I would want to swap the current 650lb springs for 700lb. I don't so much care about the rear shocks as I am happy with my bilsteins but my question is: Is this a good deal for the coilovers alone or after new springs and a rebuild would it not be worth it? Currently running 5100s with OME 887's.

    I’d expect to spend a couple hundred to rebuild them and then another $150 for Springs. So if you think you can sell the extra shocks and springs, then yes it’s a decent deal. Personally however I wouldn’t go with sway away. Quality of parts used isn’t up to standards of king, Fox, or ads.

    Also, unless you are running a lot of weight up front, the 650lb Springs should be perfect. That’s what rate I ran when I had my mid travel setup with about an 80lb bumper.
