Indicator lamp wire Issue

Mechanic doing some repair work disconnected the shift indicator light wires by mistake (from the connector), and now the park /neutral/drive Indicators are not working properly. He tried to place them in different positions with no luck. By any chance does anyone has the correct order of the wires position (color coding)

I tried to look around the site with no luck.

Luckily it's a small harness, seems like it would be easier and more reliable for him to go by one from local dealer and simply replace.

Yeah, the thing is that I am outside on the US and they don't have that part locally. It takes up to 2 months to get here best case.

 

They were de-pinned also? Most of them don't look like they are locked in place.

 

They are currently not in place because he is not sure what is the correct order. The connector itself is ok, he just needs the correct position for each color to rearrange them.

This was all I could find. It doesn't completely match but might be a good starting point?

Pin 1 = Grey
Pin 2 = Red
Pin 3 = Blue
Pin 4 = Light Blue
Pin 5 = Green
Pin 6 = Orange
Pin 7 = White/Black
Pin 8 = Black

 

Just FYI. Don't know if the order is correct BUT some of the pins aren't seated correctly. This makes a big difference.

In my experience the PRNDL wires are in order on harness. At least that's what the instrument panel has

 

I got this from my work place. Not the most accurate of wiring diagrams but it helps. I believe you can buy a 2 day pass from Toyota TIS for like $20 and get all the info you can for your specific model.

“Intro class” to just about everything tells you to pull on the connector not the wires. Mechanic needs a refresher class.
