after frame swap I noticed my truck is sitting about 1" lower on the rear drivers side, front is exactly the same on both sides, what would cause it to lean on the rear drivers side?

gas tank is on that side, and that causes many tacos to lean. Just search for taco lean threads, there are a ton of them. Since there was a frame swap recently i would suspect that soemthing is weird. Make sure to make actual measurements though to double check

could be a sagging leaf pack.

Most likely they didn't put everything back in the same position, like rotating the leaf packs .

I literally measured center hub to fender earlier today and front/rear driver side is 22", front/rear passenger 23". The lean has been bothering me, so I finally took some measurements.

Thanks. I’ll measure when tank is near empty to see difference. It’s full now and it’s 1” lower on drivers rear than passenger side. Fronts are even

There's a good chance the front coils are swapped. They are side specific. Same happened to mine after my frame swap. They (factory coils) are color coded, but the colors depend on model year, so it can be tough to tell.

They told me there is no difference in the coils. Same part numbers for left and right. And if it was the front coils causing the rear lean wouldn’t the front be leaning too?

Could be a broken leaf, best to inspect each leaf carefully, take a pic of each spring if you need help looking at them.

    Even the recall springs break.

For a broken leaf look very closely near the u-bolts. The u-bolt itself can hide it fairly well.

Definitely is a difference in the two front coils. Different part number for each. Yeah there would be a difference between the passenger, and driver's side front if the coils were swapped, so may not be your issue.

You should have new rear leaf packs that come in a giant box with new A frames, wiring harnesses, and a boatload of other stuff. At least that's the way mine happened.
You still may have the lean. SOP for the Taco. I fixed mine with Firestone air bags.

no new rear leafs for me I got them changed years ago on the tsb

so strange. Fronts are perfectly even from center hub to fender. But driver rear is exact 1” lower than passenger rear. Gas tank is full. Could a full tank really make it sit 1” lower on drivers side rear?

so did you swap the front shock assemblies and that fixed it? I have the red/green on drivers side, and they are off of a 2018 TRD off road, is that correct?

Yes, once the coils were swapped it fixed the issue. As for the 2018 colors, I don't know. You could have someone in the third gen forum confirm the stock coil colors to know for sure.

According to this thread, it's likely your mounted on the correct side:

How much difference was there in the front after the swap with them on wrong side? Mine is only out by 1/4” in front. Rear is 1”. Not sure if that could be from the front coils being on wrong side or not
