Got mine in today. Install was straight forward. Toughest part was popping off the center console area. Those clips were tight. Ended up pulling from the front instead of the rear. Super happy with how it all came out. Ready for these vent rings next! Thanks Stew!ACCD74A3-1CB9-41F9-821E-DAE32ED286F7.jpg5755972E-7002-448E-A567-20BC20DD0CB0.jpgF3D9FBF5-A594-4B75-A6E6-4CCE78C98129.jpg

Got my black kit installed today
Same issue as some others are having the start ring feels like it clipped in but it also feels like it can fall off also.

    hahah F*#% the chrome!
Looks great! Yeah, for some users, the Start did not have the clip engagement I would prefer.. so It's getting addressed right now.
Correct. I am injection molding the buttons themselves. This way you only have to pay $25 for the exact same thing. Also, I am going to be doing RED and BLACK TRD push button editions. As well as custom laser eteched; TACOMA, PRO, ETC:D

Could you make a semi-translucent red PTS button? It would glow red at night, similar to the hazard lights button. Just have to keep it dim enough to not be blinding.

That gets into a full button replacement with an additional colored LED and we are back up to the $150-200 range.
I'm gonna keep it simple and affordable for now. Although, I am one of the people that paid $150+ for a red button.. so who knows. But if there was the same button at a fraction of the cost when I was looking it would be a no brainer.

Agreed. I spent the $150 something for a blue LED red PTS button and would much rather have spent the ~$25. Especially since the blue LED would match exactly, versus the "near" match that I have now.

I still have my original button, so when you drop the button replacement, I'll swap it and the chrome ring out, for easier resale.

That's another thing. Since it uses the stock "internals" the backlit LED will be identical to stock... well because it is:rofl:
