Wet Okole color question?

already did a search and didnt find anybody that had the black/light grey covers... mostly black/charcoal. i initially would've thought the black/light grey would match better but from looking at pics, the black/charcoal looks like it matches dead on. our seats are light grey so why does the charcoal seem to match better?

anybody got pics of their black/light grey?

thx just saw your email with the black w/ grey piping. i actually was hoping they were black with the whole inner part light grey

I have black/light grey.

Neither light grey nor charcoal is a perfect match. Light grey is slightly lighter than the interior gray, charcoal is slightly darker. It depends on your taste. Personally, I'm fine with mine, although I have questions about long term durability.

Honestly, if I had to do it again for high dollar seat protection, I'd go custom leather.

 

I hear ya, I like both the light gray and the charcoal. Both go well with the gray interior.
Decided to go with the Charcoal as it should show less dirt and grime over time.
I'm not in a three piece suit often.

I already asked this in the WO Color Pics thread. But, this is probably getting more traffic, sense it's new.

I know that most people seem to integrate black by going with the Standard or Half-Piping. But, I'm curious as to whether a combination of the Charcoal and Lt.Gray without any black might be a better (less striking) look instead.

So, has anyone seen anyone here with or personally have Charcoal/Charcoal, Lt.Gray/Lt.Gray, or a combination of the two?

 

I think one of the links I posted above shows a set of completely light gray seats with light gray piping.
If you don't get piping or half piping, you can't go a solid color
Standard seats with no piping have black outsides always.
Your choose the seat inside color.
You didn't specify if your color combos were:
seat inner / seat outer or seat color / piping color
or maybe I missed something, so I hope I helped.

I probably should have been more clear. I really don't care about the 'Piping' itself, but what I'm referring to is opting for the "Full-Piping" so that you can get full solid color.

My mistake was that I THOUGHT/MISUNDERSTOOD that you could select both inside and outside colors independently, hence the color/color I had written, outside/inside. Seems sorta silly that you can that you can't.

Anyway, still wondering about pics of solid colors. Either Charcoal of Lt. Gray. I had looked through all three of the threads you linked. But didn't see many of that look. I think I remember one Gen1 and maybe another that might have had black piping. Personally, strong contrasting piping looks tacky and obviously after-market. I like things to look like that's how it came from the line. This is of course just my preference.

I will look through again and post what I find, but in the meantime, if anyone sees anything, please let me know.
