Some people expect everything to be like Amazon these days.

 

As soon as you finish paying, you can request your registration key. You do not have to wait for your package to be delivered.

 

I requested my key info as soon as my purchase was complete. Got key info within 1-2 business days. Had my key long before my hardware
Info said theyre offline for the holiday.

You have waited, because you didnt follow directions. Your problem.


For what it is worth, yes, it is worth the wait.
Not sorry for being an ass. Customer is NOT always right. In fact, customer is usually wrong.....

 

We are a small business, sorting through and trying to accommodate 250+ holiday orders..and juggling the holidays, and I just broke my arm 2 weeks ago. You're slamming us for waiting 3 business days on your reg key.
Time counter doesn't start from the moment you place an order, it starts from when you send us your software info.

If you sent your emails, any of them after Dec 15th, I'm only just now getting to them.
1. Because of the holidays
2. Because I broke my arm.

Maybe you don't celebrate Christmas, but we do.

 

If I said my CC was charged on Dec 1st, then yes I'm talking about Dec 21....

 

My point is that you were/are overwhelmed and not prepared for the orders you got, and then expect the paid c

Done on this one. Communication is my biggest issue here with the delays you mention above regarding overwhelming orders and your personal injury. If a buyer were not on this forum, they wouldn't have a clue why the delays are happening. But I made mistakes as well with waiting to register and perhaps being over anxious early on. Peace. Look forward to getting the product registered and installed. And yes, I celebrate Christmas Mat. Hope your arm is on the mend.

You're putting us in a bad light over a timeline outlined on our site already, and we are still within our normal 3-5 business day timeline. Please see "business days"

We do what we can to keep people informed, on our site, Facebook, etc. The simple fact that "closed from 15 to 5th" is plastered on our front page means there has been zero communication delays to you from us.

I hope you understand that the reason am arguing with you over this is because your posts are making it look like you've been waiting a Month to use your kit when not only is that not accurate, but your current registration wait time is also within our normal reply time, as shown on our website.

This is actually part of the reason why extended holidays are not possible for me. We post it, it's on our website, and yet people still complain regardless.

 

Mat, I ordered on Dec 1st (almost positive that your holiday closing message wasn't there yet) and hadn't gotten any product from you until the 19th, so that's 14 business days. I'll give you the registration issue, but not the initial delivery cycle... I, as well, hope you understand my side. Any further on this, please email me and let's spare everyone else here. But I think we're done.

 

Did you ever!!! Since your Purchase, email ZENDESK. If you did not within those business days than that is your own fault for not communicating. Mat gets delays here and there from 3rd parties and keys etc etc. Shit can happen. Just because you purchase it on the first doesnt mean anything. I placed my BF order on nov 20th and just got my Handheld which was expected to take longer since it doesnt come from him. But the shipping was like 2 days and Im in friken Canada. He posted well before the 15th of December that orders placed before then would get shipped out and clearly yours did around that time and received it in good time. Stop over exaggerating things. Learn to email zendesk and wait for a reply. If you dont get a reply within like a week, reply to your ticket again and do not start another ticket and wait for responses. Mat will eventually see your ticket/email.

 

Everyone, please calm and give each other forbearances, we all got families, its the holidays and the man's obviously injured, on top of that.

Give grace and thanks to the more important things in life, and learn to accept the things in life that are out of our control.

Finally finished and uploaded my very first drive with the 91 Performance 2.0 Beta tune!! Also did some Stock vs tune comparisons (Tried too). Hope this helps some of yall in regards to Ovtune decisions!

My wife purchased an OVtune for me and it's due to arrive tomorrow (saturday). I'm on the fence with this; one as it's not cheap and secondly I have little to no computer understanding.
That aside what is this "key" people are talking about? I've looked at the webpage and dont see anything about registration of this.
