This is very true, rancher down the road makes gates with mostly reclaimed drillstem from scrap auctions and horseshoes and his gates sell for around $2400.

 

I want to get into the window shade business. So much money in them.

 

Tell me about it. I just recently put shades/shutters in my house and the prices are ridic.

 

Been installing motorized shades for the last 6 years. Would be a pretty sweet business to have.

...and I'm annoyed because it was there before I moved in and power washing didn't remove it. Now it looks like my front passenger tire leaks oil. I’ll take care of it in the spring when I coat the garage floor. At least I now have a garage to park in, even if it’s a tight fit.

 

That sucks when you get something new and someone else already made a mess of it.

 

Yeah. There are also a few small globs of adhesive that I need to scrape off and remove. Then the landscaping projects begin.

 

It's a little more north but we use Spec-Wheels of America for most of our wheel refinishing.

Any recommendations for local TW members or shops that do a regear? Getting tired of the 3.73s.
I remember a few people mentioning a local TW member that does them regularly but can't remember who. Appreciate any input.

Anyone have a tranny jack collecting dust that they want to loan/rent to me for a month or so while I install my Atlas?

 

if i was still in colorado i would.

 

A floor jack and a ratchet strap is a sometimes suitable alternative.

 

Eh, I've done that with the stock one and it is sketchy at best, dangerous at worst. I don't really want to drop a brand new $4k case on myself or the floor.
