And just to let you know, you didnt quote me here...you quoted Headstrong off-road so to take your opinion over the certified suppliers and installers is a bold leap

holy absolute shit. This isnt "in my head", this is the LAWS OF PHYSICS.

"LIFT" Necessitates the CORRECT ratio of available shock shaft, Travel, perch settings, spring and mounting position being specifically tuned for the application. If your suspension came with a 13" spring that is all the length needed for the travel your suspension is capable of.
-Changing to a longer spring will not make your suspension have any more travel or "lift". If you want your spring to hold the truck up better without pre load the correct move is to get springs +50lbs so in your case a 650#.
-A 14" 650 may fit if you cant find a 13" 650 but just know the extra length is doing nothing for you.

What is going on here and with most peoples trucks is literally an illusion sold to you by dishonest companies who literally focus-grouped an ignorant consumer set, and in a pre-meditated manner, cooked up the EXACT product to exploit it, at the price point an equation told them to offer it. The buyer must ALWAYS do their due-diligence before hand.

    What?
HOW DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "ride-height" AND "suspension-lift"?? HOW? its utterly unbelievable that you are even refuting what I am saying. Its indisputable fact under God, science and the sun.

A SHOCK ONLY HAS A FINITE AMOUNT OF SHAFT AND TRAVEL. you could stack fucking potatoes inside your spring perches, but once you maxed out your shock&shaft, and it finally goes static, its over. If you want to call that "LIFT" fine. Its utterly beyond me how you cant figure this out.

    Ummmm... settle down?! Lol

This is not a spacer lift. It is eibach coils on 5100s with AAL in the rear and diff drop.

Fyi I just checked some measurements. So I'm reading that stock height from hub to fender is 21 inches. With a 2 inch lift my target height should be 23 inches. Currently sitting 24 on the right and 23.75 driver side. Now I'm confused on what setting would land me at 23 inches.....

From the lift you bought it states 2" on bottom perch with those spring. Like mentioned you may get away with on 2nd perch. Did you get the 1/4" spacer for Taco lean (drivers side)? Those springs may settle a bit, also.

I did not get spacer. Taco lean does not bug me. If I wait for settlement and it comes down to 23 inches is this ok?

its no use to argue with anyone in this thread anymore. Youre all so gone you mistake fact for opinion. All of this is semantics. "lift" "ride-height" whatever you want to call it, this suspension kit is giving you the illusion of lift through pre-load at the expense of the usable travel of the suspension.

I know of no other way to articulate this to you. All I can tell you to do is go out to your garage and take a good, hard look at your upper control arms and your alignment-cams down at the bottom. Does any of that look like its right to you? then go look in the mirror and ask "is this worth it?".

And for those of you who still, STILL want to fight me on this. Just wait untill the "numbers" and the "math" comes in and runs a train on you for being stubborn. Here is a glimpse into your future:

youre probably gunna want to read all that, and THEN SOME, because cheaping out over $200 difference between a good suspension kit and a junk one is about to cost you BIGLY.

I doubt it, the way it is now.(won't settle down to 23") I would install the way it was designed to be assemble/installed.

Orange_black, are you on factory Upper control arm? WHeel size/offset/tiresize?? What did your alignment numbers come back looking like?

    all of these factors matter.

Well the first thing I did was get it aligned. It did align. They said it was maxed out but it aligned.

but specifically what did it come back, because alignments fall into a "range" of what the shop will consider go/no-go, and this is independent of if those numbers are actually "good" or not. They simply deem it capable of being driven straight. I would be curious to see what they deemed "aligned".

Chain alignment places are often forbidden from aligning a vehicle outside of factory-spec for the model.

Looks like the boots (cv) are going to get worn out pretty fast. If you end up leaving it the way it is, I would consider boot slide mod. You can see wear marks already.
