I love everything about home made bread, especially how good it smells. What kind? Do you guys use a bread machine?

Got my order in with Clutch Masters. I picked up their

    Hydraulic slave - http://www.clutchmasters.com/n16078-h-tacoma-fj-ra60/

    And

    FX300 single disc - http://www.clutchmasters.com/fx300/

Both look like a phenomenal improvement over stock. This should give much better clutch performance while maintaining comfortable on-road manners. I'll get my order in with URD for a lightweight flywheel on the next couple days.

I also got the rest of the FJ parts ordered from Camelback Toyota to fully delete the ADD. I'll get them installed as soon as they come in.

Next up, driveshafts. Likely a Tom Woods, I've always heard good things about their shafts. Going with a one-piece rear and deleting the carrier bearing.

You don't have to do any of that unless you're adding in a crawl box with the FJ case. You'll reuse all the Tacoma hardware and have a shift lever instead of a knob.

It's a cool mod but if you’re not having trouble with the actuator or want 2Lo you don't gain much. I'm switching over to get rid of the failure prone actuators in the tcase and the front diff (mine has a tendency to stick) and, being manual, 2Lo is very appealing, especially for reverse.

That’s crystal clear this weekend a couple times wish I had 2lo. However I’ll probably do the 2lo module for the time being till I can afford a crawl box.
However I can say 4.56, 4lo, and 1st gear is a huge improvement over the 3.73.

I completely forgot about that module. How do you like the 4.56's on the street?

:rofl:I’m cheaping out on the case till I can do it all at once.
Dude the gears made a WORLD of difference on the road I can cruise 75 now without being in passing gear, can actually pass now, off the line it pulls harder than it did stock even with the added weight.

I don't blame you, it's not a cheap mod by any means. But I'm really looking forward to super turtle power!

Really good to hear! I'm looking forward to getting mine done. Glad I've got a manual to help compensate for now.
