Well, it appears that Toyota has instituted a cost savings on the 2020 Tacoma. Picked up my new truck today, go to lift the rear bottom seat cushion with the pull tabs, and guess what? No pull tab! Come on Toyota! So I guess my question is can anyone provide the part number for the pull and screw?

    Thanks
    Jon

    It's for weight reduction.

If you can't find a part number you could easily make this with some HD fabric

It’s because that fella got killed by the pull tabs in Socal. His truck caught fire when his Skottle exploded, and while saving his neighbour’s toddler from the backseat, his nutsack got caught on the pull tabs and he went up in flames when his beard oil caught. Luckily, the child was saved. Authorities are not saying why the guy was naked, but Toyota did the right thing in this case.

Just wedge your fingers in the seat like you're searching for that last Skittle during Netflix and chill night. It was a red one so it must be retrieved at all costs unlike the yellow or green ones.

Another difference is the rear door speaker harness. I found this out while changing the speakers out. The front is the white plug and the rear has a black one.

They were moved to the tailgate after many (one) complaint of their inability to shut it while inside the bed...

You can see where they attach to the seats in this post. About 10 posts down from that is a similar post from a 2018. I don't see the straps in that 2018 post.
