I answered half your question in post #14.
As for how hard they are to install will depend on your mechanical abilities.
It can all be done in a driveway. All except the alignment.

    This....
Your ability to answer a question is about the same as my dog's when I ask him what he rolled in....
We can't suggest you push harder on the dealership to fix it without knowing how it happened or when it happened.
No point in us tell you how to fix this stuff if it's not even going to be your responsibility to do so.
Now, if it was issues of your own creation, then sure take a seat and we will give you links, prices of parts and tips on how to fix each and every single part you listed. Pics of damage would help also.
    Help us help you.
Don't show up, new to a site asking for help, be as vague as possible, then be defensive about not getting the responses you want. If you want to continue this route, then save us all time and go be vague somewhere else.

So inspector is hopefully going to dealership today. It's bent compromised components they said. He just told me it's steering knuckle and upper control arm and that the tie rods are slightly bent but thry are just saying this off of a visual and have not even thrown the truck up on the lift. Ill check out rock auto.com thanks

So did you buy it like this or somewhere along the month of owning it this happened? If so, do you remember what happened?

Is there a difference in the spindles if one is bolt on hub and other is pressed? I found two different spindles

So if it wasn't purchased this way, then what happened? Those parts don't just bend from normal use. Was there a wreck, if so it may be a frame issue and not the parts, if it was from wheeling it, it may be the parts broke or bent from stress. Again, you being vague helps no one including you.

Geez OP, take ownership of whatever your actions were. I don't give a rats ass how you did it per say, but it will help in helping you to know what exactly happened. Not being honest cast serious doubt on your posts......
