There really isn't a wrong answer. I mounted mine as close to vertical as possible. Just depends on where you want your lower mounts to be

I appreciate his input. He's not just blindly following the rhetoric in here. Sure he may come off a bit crass but what does that matter. From quickly googling the grappler, it looks pretty light weight to me. If a 12T press can't do it I don't think I'd have much confidence in that.

They sent me an email saying they had to cancel the order, since of course it was not available any longer.. well it was worth a shot I suppose!

I'm not sure if you guys want to give it any credit, but the harbor freight wheel bearing press kit has served me well through 3 wheel bearing changes on a Honda Civic and a Corolla. I'm not sure how it would do with our trucks, but my guess is that it would handle the job fine? I use the press with a big electric impact and let the tools do the work.

yes, i def. remember the 95 single cab with a bench seat i had for a couple years before upgrading 23 years ago, the 7 hour long-distance drives several times per month was not ideal sitting on a bench but i found a little comfort in a neckbone type pillow stuffed behind the lumbar area

Hey guys, just wanted to drop a line and say thank you to all of you guys that post up helpful info on here. I just had what I would consider a very successful off-roading trip thanks largely to the helpful info found on these pages. And those of you that are willing to help me out with feedback and suggestions, thank you guys specifically!

Was thinking that some positive words might help out to encourage constructive activity here with the other shit going on. You guys that are giving helpful info just know that we appreciate it.

Glad it's not just me, was starting to think it was something glitchy with my new phone I just got. When trying to edit my posts on the browser the cursor jumps to a random place while I'm in the middle of typing.

Yup. My biggest issue is if I need to re-word something and put the cursor in the middle of the sentence and hit the space bar, the next word in line totally dissapears.

You will love these lights I installed mine couple months ago over the weekend I open them back up and painted the inside reflectors all black, my only issue was it took me awhile to get the horizontal lines to match each side.
