    Wanted to stop in and say thanks for the great upgrade, really like the change in the exhaust note and the butt dyno says there is an improvement as well, while I am still waiting for MPG numbers I feel the power delivery has increased and was well worth the cost.

    Also +1 to you and the guys for the install instructions everything went well short of dropping a few bolt down into my skid plates and fighting with the exhaust re-circulation pipes until I played it right and loosened the brackets...

    It's a few hour job of you are familiar with all that needs to come off. Plan on spending the better part of the day if its your first time tearing into it. Get a buddy to help you bust the cam bolts loose if possible. It's all pretty straight forward.

    Excuse the repetition if this has been answered, but who is everyone using for tuning? Non S/C application. I will be going with HP tuners when the time comes but I have no understanding further than that.

    Hptuners is what most/all are using that im aware of. Tuning isn't "needed" it just helps. Like a cold air intake or exhaust, they can be bolted on without tuning but adding the tuning with it helps more.

    One day I’m gonna grow a sack and do this mod and attempt to tune my truck. It’s nice to know there’s people out there willing to help. I’m gonna be honest it’s little intimidating to tear apart a daily driver Friday after work and have it ready to go for Monday morning.

    Since the torque adapter for install can be hard to find I’ve been watching eBay for a couple months and a quality one finally came up and I grabbed it. Now to order a gear set as soon as the weather warms up so I can work.

    No link, there was just one. I did a "save search" and got an alert every time one was listed. I wasn't risking using a cheap tool on this job. It was $19 shipped and that's peace of mind I'm happy to have.
