What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Just testing droop and making sure brake/abs lines aren't getting yanked, getting rid of the driveshaft spacer that did nothing for grinding driveshaft, and wiring up some things I've had on the back burner. Don't like how the leafs separate that much so will probably do limit straps in the near future

 

Went and supported a local snowboard shop that was majorly affected by the slopes shutting down. Got a BRAND NEW lib tech cold brew, union contact pro bindings and 32 mt-2 boots for 530 bucks..... over 1100 bucks new (I got it tax free as well)

 

Pulled a screw out of my L/R tire.
It was a small screw and in the thread block so no leak

 

How'd you tint your tail lights?

 

Added a Mobtown front skid today. Coated it with Steel It. I'm interested to see how it holds up.

Put some wrap on my RTT today in hopes of reducing the amount of heat it absorbs. Have to reinstall the rack still...it started raining so I had to pack it up.

 

Loaded it up and rode the bumps for a while.. lol

Gonna see what that #bumplife is all about. And those rivets were a total PITA.
One less thing to do until long travel muahahaha.

changed 3 of the idler pulleys, looking over how to change the tensioner but it doesn’t look like a fun time....

Going to be doing the same shortly (2010 with 190,000 Km) and for the tensioner, just going to replace bearing inside pulley per this thread:

I was waiting for the satisfying part at the end of the story where you go back and confront the shady tech. And perhaps beat him with a brake shoe. Kinda disappointed.
