I'd be putting one front wheel at a time back on with maybe 2 lug nuts and trying to turn it. If one doesn't turn, pull it off and dig deeper.

If something is “dragging” or slowing the wheel from spinning. It’s probably in a rotating assembly.
Spin tire and watch for things binding.
It could be brakes, a bearing, axle or cv joint.

it looks like you also have a seal leaking at the differential where he axle goes in? Unless you sprayed it with lube to try and free it up.

Going back to this, can you post some pics of your brake rotors? I want to see what they look like and if one of them is possibly bound up.

I have not sprayed it, yet. Was planning spray many areas prior to beginning.
I saw that and this other leak, part of the problem?

when spinning by hand, without wheels on, it seems to have a sicking area where it is hard to turn. And lots of rust dropping out of the brake shield area

    Bingo
You can see the rust flaking off parts of the brake rotor in that picture. If the truck has been sitting for 5 years straight (as all the cobwebs suggest :D) I would expect a lot of rust on the brakes. Could be as simple as that. Thought driving it around the block a few times should mostly fix that issue. Possible one or more of the pads is sticking and not sliding freely on the pins?

Change the brake pads and wheel bearings to start with. I'm leaning towards rusted/ failing WB or sticking pads.

It sounds like you had a seized wheel bearing from it sitting and not moving. Put the tires back on and check the bearings. Chances are pretty good from the looks of all the rust there that you have a seized brake caliper. Link to a video below how to check your wheel bearings.

Your rear brakes may also have an issue from sitting that long, especially bein drum brakes

I noticed when I jacked truck up and spun the tire it would like bind or clunk noise going about half way. It doesn't free spin you have to really spin hard. But again makes a noise like it binding somewhere to not get tire to spin freely. What could it be? Thanks

Dragging brake caliper? Warped rotors? Seems like something brake related, but it could also be a wheel bearing.
