1up bike racks. Solid rack. Holds the wheels only. So your frame stays clean (unless you’re always crashing).

I was going to say, those are pretty welds... @Shmellmopwho makes good stuff. Even if he posts the same sliders over and over in the welding thread. :p

That's not why I would tell anyone to get the 1up... I tell people the 1up racks are rock solid and not a piles of scrap metal like 99.9999% of other bike racks on the market that I see swaying/shaking/rattling behind every other vehicle.

Also, it is a good bed extender.

My second ride on my $6k carbon mountain bike when I got it was in Sedona. The 1st ride there I missed hopping up onto a ledge and drug the chainstay across the rock. At least I got it over with early with that bike and I still ride it today - approaching 7 years old and the bikes on the market today are not much better for quality and lightness (24lb full suspension).

Using a bolt style hitch pin fixes that issue and takes the slop out of bike racks. My 20 year old Yakima rack is still rock solid.

Oh yea, they’re super solid racks. Made in USA also. A 5 year old 1up rack still looks like a new rack.

The 1-bike SuperDuty that is the core of my rack is 8 years old. I got it from my friend who was rear ended and one side drug on the pavement at 60mph until she stopped. I spent $8 to replace one bolt and it's like brand new with a little less aluminum on one spot.

Can't say that about a Kuat or others that fall apart from normal use.

I meant the bike rack tray part itself. I can see that you welded the mount point onto your existing rack.

    Is it this one?
