Took the new Fargo on her first shakedown ride yesterday -- 15 miles of pavement, 3 miles of gravel, and 8 miles of singletrack. Needless to say, she's a f'n blast to ride! :headbang:

Rock gardens are certainly interesting with dropbars, though... lol

A few hiccups with the shifting that require minor adjustments, and I need to throw my pump in the bag so I can change tire pressures when switching to/from singletrack, but no issues otherwise. Now I just need this damn plague to go away so I can put some real mileage on her in the wilderness.

Anyone down around Savannah, GA. I will be moving this summer to the flat lands of the southern east coast. From my googling I have found some trails which I can’t wait to ride because they are new but not much terrain. Still it will be a lot of fun.

No but I’ve spent a lot of time down there, have a good buddy there. It’s a pretty fun town, kind of a dirty, less touristy version of Charleston.

I keep the drivetrain and suspension clean but rarely wash the frame and wheels. But she does look nice all cleaned up.

Dawn patrol riding "Tapeworm" this morning.

The pedal up was a grind, but the down was a perfect mix of techy steeps and rippin flow.

So on Fox shocks, is this really only used for the thru-axles with hand tighteners (like pictured) to make them arrive tightly latched in vertical position? or also with Hex wrench thru-axles? I have a hex but doesnt seem like it really matters for them, just want to make sure im not wrong.

It’s just to keep the lever in the position you want. I replaced my through axle with a hex so doesn’t really matter anymore
