I had this happen after a heavy rain storm. Turns out I had a clogged A/C drain tube. After getting the tube cleaned out (I took mine to a mechanic), I put some RTV sealant on the bottom portion of my windshield just in case.

Does liquid smell of coolant? Is coolant level low? Does car wash have undercarriage spray?

it doesn’t smell like coolant just water and i have found that it is dripping out of my blower motor but it’s not dripping anymore. I just went and poured water on my windshield and it leaked through again so could it be a leak in my windshield ?

Mine was actually the channel that was blocked.
Ny those blooming things that fall off oak trees.

    These things.

That was BEFORE I had the windshield replaced.
I’m still waiting for it to start leaking after have the windshield replaced 2x now.
I hope it never does, but it 50/50 it seems.

Mine doesn't even leak every time I go through the wash. Random washes and not yet after a hard rain. It's been over a year since i replaced it.

Just pull the cowl off under the windshield.
You’ll probably figure it out pretty quick.

I am guessing that it has to do with the amount of water the channel can drain at once.
If the water amount exceeds the rate at which the channel can drain. It leaks.
And possibly the angle the truck is parked at.

Replacing the Air Filter will not help.
It isn’t causing the issue. Replacing it with a new one, will have the new one result in getting wet too.
I’d “fix” the problem first, then replace the filter.

Yeap. Seems the “design” could have had a bit more thought put into it.
But I just live with it. Lol

It's not bad having all weather flooring. I don't mind the once in a while drip or two.
