This radio is new to me but OEM for the truck, cassette/cd nothing fancy. Does this friggen thing display the time or just the station? Am I gonna have to keep beating on that miniature clock on the dash that only works when it feels like? Thanks

    It is an option though.

I like having it with my aftermarket radio. You either get the time or the station, or nothing at all if youre on bluetooth mode.

My 2003 Basic Cab's dashboard has a 1.5" square blank just to the right of the key. I bought a Tacoma digital clock that's meant to fit in there.

I installed one of these, it has a clock! It also has many different adjustments for sound. I'm happy with the stock speakers. Been thing about replacing the OME clock with a battery, outside temp display.IMG_1007.jpg

Same here, in a way. I have to lean to the right past my steering wheel to see the digital clock (where the cutout is on the dash). Also, I have to adjust the time every month because it loses a second or two.

We shouldn’t have to move them, replace them or rap on them with whatever is hanging around, the friggen radio should display the time. I think Toyota could afford to include it in the radio :annoyed: but at least the buttons allow me to change the station without pulling over to re read the JVC owner’s manual. Ehhhh

Here’s another problem I have with them, the fuel rail. Why not provide a scrader valve like every other manufacturer in the friggen universe?!?!! And some of you swear we need to use Toyota fluids... lol, please , like they are spending money on fancy schmancy oils and coolants
