Sounds like a DH. If that happens when I come back with my stock ypipe I will be sure red thread locker is going on my trans skid bolts. Have fun getting in there to read the numbers

Don't be ridiculous Flake. The way this state works that sort of stuff will get spotted and they will know it's a dud IMMEDIATELY. Not only that, but once they find out what is going on they will also doubt the rest of your truck and put the rest of it under a fine tooth comb microscope, questioning every other legitimate mod you have in place.

Obviously I was joking,. I don't need one personally. Just thought I would poke some fun at the heinous law

When I was in a state that did have inspections of any sort. I always had a guy.

Anyone who needs a TRD supercharger or TRD intake CARB label made outside of the ones already included in our group message please let me know and I will get you added to the group.

Agreed. Just curious on how much it would. That is why I picked up a 2.8 pulley to run if I can't get to the FP and VB job right away. I should be able to get to the Fuel Pump (already have an AEM to install). Ill def want the fuel pump. I have the FIC injectors installed and will prob do the FPR mod to go with it.

I was more concerned with the valve body for the AT. I have the kit but may not tackle that myself.

Did anyone hear any updates from @Gadget@URD regarding the URD Whipple coming to our motor? I recall seeing some discussion about it months and months ago

Can anyone point me to info about intake manifold or geometry differences?

    My shit is all stock.
    They
Harrop has one coming for our 1GR. TVS1900. I saw it on a turd gen at SEMA. Harrop admitted that they were developing one for early 1GR when I went to visit them the next day. No promise date though.

Interesting... I'll have to investigate more, I'm not familiar with the TVS1900 unit. I've been liking the low end torque of the 2.3/2.9 whipple in the mustang/LS world, plus the lower rotor speed inherent in a larger blower

Page 1 update includes CARB reference supporting documents for emissions inspection states at the bottom of the post. If you have one which you don't see and would like to add on to the section, please bring it to my attention and I will update it as needed.

Me? Nothing. The previous, a lot.
I didn’t want to start a new thread for this.

Is there a recommended fuel filter beside the insane mod that was midway through this thread? I saw the URD filter but didn’t know if that was for just the URD setup.

already purchase the recommended green top AEM fuel pump and the mesh. But was stuck on the filter part.

I and many of us run the external URD fuel filter setup....I highly recommend it. No URD setup needed

As @Torspd stated, consistent fuel is a must as you will only find the stock pumps shortcomings when you need it the most, high boost high rpm. Not at all an ideal time to realize fuel starvation issues.

The trans will be fine, just back off throttle between shifts to minimize slipping.

Some people here have been running a 2.5 pulley with many other mods on stock vb with no issues.

I think @5thGearPinned still has stock vb in his truck.

OK that is good to know. I was more concerned with the VB. I plan to tackle the fuel pump once I fire up the truck and make sure the mod gauntlet went ok.
