Yeah I used an impact then went back with the tool because I was paranoid. My 1/2” Milwaukee had it way tighter than the 200ish spec.

..........I would like to retract my last post. I ordered a holder for the crank. You pay for shipping and you can borrow it. I even got new bolts long enough to use with the supercharger pulley on.

This was pretty much what I did. Set it to max juice on the impact I had and let it go to all hell a few times until I didn't see the bolt moving anymore. No thread lock either and no crank holder, all has been peachy since.

@12TRDTacoma how about something on the first page for tools needed or frequently used and or loan a tool program. maybe a list of people will to participate. with some basic rules for it.

Me? Nothing. The previous, a lot.
I wrapped the SC pulley with an old belt with same teeth (kind of like those shitty oil filter wrenches) and secured the other end of the belt to my bumper. Then wrenched it with a torque wrench at 204

Hmmm... S/C pulley isn't seating into the crank pulley. All I did was swap dowel pins. Did you guys install one at a time or press/assemble both together prior to installing in the truck

Someone else, @12TRDTacoma I think, filed the inside edge of the hole slightly. I did that and tapped the pulleys together with a block of wood and hammer and it went alright.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I reused the dowel pin and then pressed them together on the bench. I did this a couple of times to ensure a good matchup. I also applied ample multipurpose grease on the SC as well to help them mate up. I installed the crank pulley first then for the SC by hand and confirmed complete seating with a soft mallet before hand tightening the bolt with a ratchet prior to any power tools.

Thanks. I've got both lubed up with GP grease already, and have the bolt just holding them together. Was thinking of trying some light taps with the mallet. Didn't want to have to take the crank pulley off again to file it. Lol

I'll have to work on that.

Hit up Holley/ Flowmaster. It's their bracket.

I referenced install of the two pulleys in a post in the GB, but what these guys said is spot on. It requires install and separation a few times off of the truck. File the key hole ever so slightly if the fit is way too tight. You can always do the block of wood/ hammer technique, but that should be done once you have a line up and have them ever so slightly inserted into each other.

    Edit: Here ya go:

Yeah had to pull the crank pulley to file it down. Having to take a lot off.. kinda disappointing tbh.. gotta keep up with those in-process inspection checks... this would not fly in our shop. Lol

Got it. Has a little play but once bolted down it should be good.

I forget who I loaned a tool to on here once. I just had him PayPal me shipping + value of the tool. Once he returned it to me I sent him his 'deposit' back. Worked pretty good.
