I have a 3 inch lift currently with a set of 285/75/16’s. Can I fit a 6 inch lift with 16 inch wheels? If something were to be in the way could I utilize wheel spacers to help? If so what size.
    Thanks!

Is your truck 2wd or 4x4?

Do you plan to spend a decent amount to do things 'right' or on a tight budget and just want to ball out with what ya got?

RWD, 2wd. I am trying to keep it on a budget but will spend what I have too, if that makes sense!

You don't have to spend that much. Since it's 2wd I would look into Maxtrac 4" spindles.

Easy way to get a good looking lift. Then ditch those spacers and do 5100s on your stock coils or do a coilover for optimal results.

With the stick 16" TRD wheels i believe you will need a wheel spaxer with the spindle lift. There's a bunch of people in there that have done it, definitely a good place to ask questions.

Be a good time to put some sweet wheels on though and change up the look!

Thanks so much for all the info bro! I’m shooting for a 6 inch lift but I’d be willing to consider the 4!

Sure thing! Lots of good people on here willing to help.

If you add the spindles now with your current spacer lift you'll be at 7" up front.

Are you running aftermarket upper control arms?

Shoot I might’ve mislead you, I’m actually running 3 inches with my Billstein 5100’s adjustable. No after market control arms

No problem! So after more research it looks like I can do the 6 inch lift as long as I provide wheel spacers. Some people have done it without but it puts a lot of pressure on either the tie rod or control arms
