Replaced all speakers a while ago and audio was better than before. But was driving BMW e90 and felt that taco still needed audio improvement. So I came across 2011 BMW 328 part out. This one had interesting amp, 4 ch in and 6ch out. Removed the amp, harness and 2 subs from 328. After some Google and wiring was able to get everything working. And results were unbelievable. Sound is clear, loud and added base, I do not want to get out of my truck, Will have to meet buddy with jbl system and compare. Just have to raise front seats to be able to fit subs under both of them. Now subs are temporary behind the seats and I am getting free back massage while driving. This is one of the best mods cost me 0$ and just few hours.

Did clay bar and butter wax on the 2020. Been 6 months since I got and my cousin gave me hand. Wanted to do before summer starts baking .

Looking sharp. How do you like it on road without the sway bar?

How much did the car weigh?

This is amazing. I have never seen this mount before, and I love it.

It's not cheap but well worth it. At least for me. Super simple to set up. Attached everything within about 5 minutes. I purchased directly from them. > https://shop-hondogarage.com/collec...g-systems/products/un-holey-tacoma-dash-mount

I love the look of those tires. Is that the nitro ridge grapplers?
Crazy part is the mount itself is cheaper than the ram mount. Still love the idea though. I don't want my devices above the level of my dash. This is the first simple and solid looking solution I have seen. Gone though a bunch of phone mounts and places in just a few months. Fought with my current mount all day today. This is on my buy soon list now. Thanks for sharing!

No problem! You do lose a little bit of the A/C vent function (wont rotate or fully close) but it doesn't bother me as I dont fiddle with the vents much. You can set it up on any circular vent in the car and pretty much set the phone exactly where you want it using the RAM arms etc.

That's an important note. I do move those around a lot. May be worth the trade off.

I Rotated/adjusted my vent prior to install allowing for the vent to still blow on passenger (installed on vent right of head unit). The vent will still fully open but won’t close completely but I keep them open and never close anyways.

Yeah I pretty much left it exactly where I used the other day and set up the mount. I drove for about an 1 and a half today and used the A/C and it worked perfect for me.

What is that phone mount you have? Did you have to modify it or the dash trim to make it work?

without the sway bar is not bad at all. I was worried at first but with icon delta joints and coilovers it’s a bit stiffer anyway and when you hit holes with one tire now it doesn’t rock the hole truck. And you can really feel the suspension doing it’s job. And not to much body role either. If you have aftermarket suspension I would definitely take the sway bar off

A "real" New England clambake would be interesting with the fire heated rock pit, seaweed, clams, mussels, lobsters, corn on the cob and a canvas tarp steaming the whole thing and keg beer. Maybe once I retire I'll look into it. Still places around New England that do the real deal. I'm a year and a half away (depending on my 401k) until I retire. Plenty of campgrounds up here to accommodate folks that travel. Could be one hell of an event and a good chance to meet one another, show off our rides and just have one heck of a good time! Live band wouldn't hurt either. I'll need to think on this some. Right now just talking out my arse but.......

    Now I'm hungry!!

Why not use a Steelie mount? They make a suction cup that's awesome for the windshield and you can move it around to suit you.

Doesn’t look as bad when you back up (there’s a telephone pole right next to my truck) but most likely the Tacoma badge will be going
