So I made landfall in Florida, came in at St.Marys inlet. After motoring the ICW south I was feeling real randy and dropped anchor in a cove 2clicks from Palmer Johnson's in Jacksonville. Got in too much of a hurry after splashing the dink in a Manatee zone so the marine police stopped me. The water Po Po wanted to see documentation of the non registered dingy proving it was indeed a Tender To (TT) a documented SV. After an extensive on board search and radio verification that my CG Doc. was authentic I was issued a ticket for speeding in a Manatee zone, no PFD, no throwable, no extenguisher I was released with a warning and questioned as to why I needed seat belts in a 6'6" dingy. My reply was because I like to go real fast and ran the Ft.Lauderdale to Bimini dingy race last week. After looking at my OB he wrote me a ticket for being over powered. He said I was getting off easy because CG would have issued a warrant of imminently dangerous vessel and seized it.
After finally getting ashore I called rent a wreck and drove to the local Gold Club of which I am an international member. While enjoying a fat Rib eye the nude dancer I had my back to while eating tapped my shoulder, leaned down and wispered in my ear with hot breath and that heavenly sweet smell of

Well it ain't my turn but I do have one...
Reading about the rioters trying to break into atm's reminded me of a job I once had. I worked for an armored car company as a "first responder".
My job was to meet an armored car at a random location and get cash to refill atm's at various banks. I was also on 24 hour call to do minor troubleshooting if one stopped working and to refill receipt paper, swap vcr tapes and such.

So on this one occasion, I'd met the armored and got the cash and was heading to my first bank. I get pulled over by a police officer. I've got this big cellophane wrapped brick of cash in the back seat in plain view. He never even notices.
He tells me I have an outstanding warrant for a ticket and has to take me in. So I ask him "What about the $60,000 in my back seat?"
He looks in and actually says "Holy Shit!" He was pretty rattled until I explained and showed him my papers and stuff. So we wait there until my sister comes and gets my car and then my parents bail me out.

Another time I was called out about 8pm to a drive-thru atm that wasn't working. It was beyond my skills to repair so I called in the second responder and was sitting there in my car waiting to unlock it for him.
It was a busy night and someone called the police and reported me sitting in my car watching people at the atm.
The second responder showed up before the police and when they arrived we had all these trays of cash out on the hood of my car. They went a little apeshit and started reaching for weapons. I'm like calm down officers. We're supposed to be doing this.
That was a fun job.
