there's a lot of bump and grind funny noises going on in my taco I just turn the radio up

 

Might need to get rid of the bumper man put the factory one back on lol

 

nah this has been present since i bought the truck 6 months ago. just never asked about it lol

 

no prob and thank you! form what ive read its a common problem with them and its usually the torque converter

 

i cant do that its my baby!!! lol

69k :/ i had the trans flushed a week after i bought it and 2 spare fobs programmed at toyota.

 

Who wants dibs on my taco when my head gaskets blow it's going to

I think I'm going to find me one of them fancy blue third gen 4x4 TRD off road

 

My tacos the first year for the head gaskets go out hasn't happened yet but it's coming close

 

easy fix tho!

Only a few hundred if you do it yourself. It's easy on 2WD

I have not heard of this particular issue, but if youre willing to spend a little $, you could upgrade in the process using an HPTuners mpvi2 and have your ecu reflashed with a much better trans tune. I bet that could take care of things. I have read a bunch of positive stuff from the guys with autos in here

Its very involved, all the cams and valve springs and timing cover have to come off. Its major dissassembly on an overhead cam motor
