Did the TRD turn down exhaust tip mod and picked up the newest set of gtr lighting ultra led version 2 headlights. As far as feedback from the lights, they are great, very bright andwork well. A little pricy but I like the look and brightness of them. As for the TRD exhaust tip mod there’s zero sound difference and I did it for better approach angles on steep hills. More than anything...I just wanted to. I find the 3.5 isn’t the best sounding exhaust out there and having a 6.2 ls3 s10 in the garage I get my sound fix off that. Not bashing anyone who has changed their exhaust just wasn’t for me plus I hunt a lot and and don’t mind the quiet drive.

Mounted ScangaugeII, added some color to vent/ac knobs, center console organizer and cupholder/crevice inserts. Put mud-guards on (yes, willingly). I think that's enough for now.

 

Picked up a sport hood today, getting painted next week along with the scoop insert.

Adjusted my coilovers this morning for the Toyo Open Country MT 285/75R17 I got coming in today.

I thought it was a great addition to the taco because of the glass breaker and strap cutter.

 

Finally got my auxiliary fuse panel put in.

 

Didn’t want running boards but wifey is 5ft tall and keeps complaining it’s hard for her to get in the truck. Got a deal from @Denteen and he even drove down from Bakersfield to San Diego! (thank you bro!)

 

I installed my Chevy Silverado bumper on my bed today........ So apparently shipping labels got switched. My bed rack is in Houston Texas while I have this guy’s bumper for his Silverado.

 

Rainy day so decided to mount Plano case and test to see who waterproof it is. Will go for a drive later as the storms continue and see.

 

I’ve thought about it as well but would like to see some tangible benefits before spending that much

 

Installed OEM fog lights on my SR access cab utility long bed today, using a modified version of Nitori’s SR OEM fog light mod:

I was able to access everything needed for the separate switch OEM mod interior wiring simply by removing the left switch panel, no need to take off lower dash panel or kick panel. Everything works as designed for OEM style - fog light symbol on dashboard lights up when fog light button is pressed with low beams on, fog lights turn off when high beams are on.

 

Installed some caliraised sliders for my big box.. i think they look better than pred steps..

Added a LED light bar and ditch lights!
Yes I put the switch in upside down on purpose, I could not find a dual light switch with the layout, in the US (on I ordered from China never made it here). It’s blue when the truck is on and green when each light is pressed in. Just have to wait till night to adjust the beams.

Got the bed lights,switch and wiring all installed.
Works great!

After that gave it a bath.

 

Got a backrack to work with my custom bed rails that allow for a tonneau cover to flip all the way up!
Lots of fluffing around but i can't stop staring at her from behind, she looks sooo good
i just need to add in the old-school-styled KC lights to the top



Fully adjustable, can slide it right to the bed of the truck as secondary support if i'm hauling anything like a canoe

And threw on the SSO slimline bumper back onto the front after cleaning up the old mess that was my first paint job. EZliner from Canadian tire turned out really well
