Both. 30 Mins seems way too short. I don't know how you could reasonably accommodate a longer cool down period with how far most of us are driving for the swap.

I'm inclined to believe the nitro recommend breakin protocol is most logical, and the interval method seems arbitrary with conveniently round numbers.

With that said, I did follow the breakin procedure from premier.

Likewise. I mean they can’t really prove you didn’t do it their way for warranty unless you completely seize it up, but I did it regardless just incase. Plus if I tried to weasel like that something bad would happen to me immediately.
Also saw them driving yesterday haha

Gear installed. I'm on the first cool down at home depot parking lot in Yorba Linda. Exactly 15miles towards LA.

When I got there this morning, there were 3 Tacos including mine. Since I was the last one to get there, I said to myself "damn.. this is going to be a long wait.."

Honestly, I don't understand why they would schedule 3 trucks all at 9AM.. scheduling an hour or two apart makes more sense since they worked on a truck at a time.

The first truck took exactly 2 hours, the 2nd truck took an hour and half and the third, which is mine, took an hour..

Anyways.. I'm just glad it's finally done.

I got there at 8:15. They rolled up and since I was there they started early. But I am early to everything.

I am usually on lockdown, but today I went out. OVTune and 4.88. I should have done this long ago. This is how it should have come out of the factory. Itching for a road trip.

After seeing @krazycoble ’s taco on 35’s at Premier I’m thinking of heading that route once my 33’s are done for. If anyone else is running them can you hit me up with where you rubbed hard so I can trim. I’m contemplating the cab mount relocate since I already have the cmc done, but his was more aggressive than mine. Figured might as well with the new gears....

Mentioned a bit ago I had some leaking in the front when changing from stock to RCI skids. Cleaned it up thinking maybe it was just a mess from the install and put the new skid on, waited a week and noticed more leaking. Spoke to Miguel yesterday, he was super nice and told me to come in the today. Just took it back to Premier and they changed out the driver side axle seal in about 25 minutes and they let me dispose of my rear diff fluid I had just changed out.

Will drive around a bit and monitor it’s all good for a couple days, but kudos to those guys for handling it quickly and professionally.

Go through this thread. Super helpful.

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/intro-to-fitting-35s-3-lifts.594309/

I still rub on the firewall a bit when stuffed and turned. But I am pretty sure I have room to improve the alignment and push the tire forward a bit more.

35's are the new 33's lol. So worth it! You probably won't know where you're going to be rubbing until you get your tires and take it off road. A lot is going to be dependent on your wheel/tire set up, alignment, etc.

Did the first front diff cycle yesterday. Saw oil under the front diff area. Afraid to take a closer look
