    not exactly sure. had both the techs stumped :eek:

    i was only doing some dc+ welding with 1/8" rods on 3/8 plates. doing 3 inch beads.

    with time in between each weld to clean and prep for a new bed

    shouldnt have exceeded the duty cycle at 125 amps

    lol no pics of the welding today. we are not allowed to bring cellphones into the shop. apparently the welders can omit radio frequencies that can kill the phone
