    Looks great!

It’s incredible how much of a difference in overall appearance the black vinyl can make with our trucks. I’ll be bedlining mine with monstaliner here soon.

Almost finished welding up my home made tube bumper. Just need to do end caps and some support tubes. I'm happy with the shape but not with the tube size.

No kidding. The vinyl darkening revitalizes the look of the whole thing. For $25, it's dollar for dollar the best aesthetic upgrade one can make.

Good luck on the bed lining!

Tack welded most of the subframe for a flatbed I am making for one of my 95s. Keeping most everything temp until I figure out the configuration of the "bedsides". On the flatbed I made for my Dad, I cut the lower portion of the original bedsides down and mounted them under the flatbed. Basically, the bottom half will be the original bed, the top half is a flatbed. That is my plan for this one, but I want to make it a bit taller and going to try to simplify the mounting of the bedsides (lessons learned).

This is the truck I just finished rebuilding the frame from the cab mounts to the rear bumper. Trust me, it will look better when I finalize the plan for the sides. Materials used for the bed so far: 12' of 2" x 1" tubing and about 10' of 1 1/2" galvanized angle, all stuff I had laying around. Main cost for the bed will be a sheet of 4 x 8' 1/4" plate. I am guessing about $175, but have not ordered it yet. I also need some 1" sq tubing from which to hang the sides. I will probably make an overhead rack of some sort, but TBD.

Hell yeah Tim I can totally understand that man! I just care about my reputation here and consider some of these people family, so don't want anyone thinking poorly of me, especially if I haven't given them cause to do so. Hopefully I see you on the trail sometime or end up in one of your videos, either way I'll buy you a beer dude! Keep kicking ass and making awesome videos and don't let the haters get you down.

Hey thanks man :) I don't even know you personally or anything so thanks for speaking up. I couldn't have put it better myself. I am not the "even" type anyway, life is too short for that shit. Probably have a good laugh about it down the track a bit even.

Thanks for understanding and accepting my apology. I was bummed I ended up talking shit to person who's actually is a fan of our channel. If you get out to the California Bay Area, let me know. I've been to Arizona a couple times on trips to the Sedona, Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. I like to go camping, mountain biking and hiking, usually with my girlfriend in tow with me. I bought a beast of a 1st Gen 4runner over a year ago and I finally took it out wheeling yesterday at a place called Hollister Hills. It was pretty cool to see what it can do and figure out what it can't do too. I bashed up both differentials a bit but and scraped up the front driveshaft too but no major damage. I want to take it out on some more aggressive trails in the Sierras this season. I want to take my 98 4runner out on some trails too. Death Valley is a pretty cool place to visit and wheel at. It's huge. On one trip, I think we drove over 200 miles on trails. Nothing crazy technical in Death Valley but it's just a really amazing landscape to travel through and hang out in.

    Happy Wrenching and Wheeling Bro!

yeah of course man. but it was for @Timmah! too. I knew he had just misunderstood the comment so I wanted to give the other perspective. Like everyone else has said, most of us, if not all, have ran into a situation where our message wasn’t perceived the way we intended it to be. He handled it very respectfully once he realized that he misunderstood the comment... and that you’re not one of the A-wholes on the tube being a douche. :hattip:Can be hard to tell these days because they all look like this... :anonymous:
