What is the purpose of these? Corn tortilla are gluten free so there's that, but when you mix in wheat.. they're no longer gluten free.. and of course flour tortillas are not.. I'm sure they're trying to improve the flavor or texture of the corn ones.. but then you can't make homemade chips with them.

All I eat is flour. I dont like corn tortillas. I heard they were good so I figured I'd give them a try.

HAHA fair enough! Someone else will have to cut them down and air fry them to see if they make edible chips though.

Flavor. They're delicious and don't break as easily as corn tortillas.

I recommend at least a 6 quart one and it has to get to at least 400F or it's not worth it - i do not like the toater oven style ones and I prefer the basket style ones. Biggest reason for that is cooking bacon that I learned form @Kanyon71 and saving the bacon grease which helps with cast iron!

Are you using bacon grease to season the cast iron? or just cook with it in the cast iron? I may need to google this.
