    While I'm waiting for my pork shoulder to finish I decided I needed a snack... Had some small corn tortillas and brushed them with some canola oil on both sides and sprinkled them with my Ranch Seasoning mix and put them in the air fryer in a single layer at 350F for 7 minutes!

    These things are so light they actually moved around in the air fryer so check on them a couple of times to make sure they're not laying on top of each other or they won't get crispy!

    I started with 4 tortillas and quartered them making 16 chips and did them in two batches.

    The seasoning options would be endless on these chips!

    With the Ranch Seasoning these are gluten free too!! Other seasonings might change that!

    Had some extra crispy chicken....last night. I messed up and had the temp knob on toast..oops. still was good just a little dried out:facepalm:

    Only because I can't leave anything alone.. I decided to test white corn tortillas against yellow corn tortillas.

    I made two batches of these.. 1 tortilla equals 4 chips so I ended up with 4 WC / 4 YC seasoned with my Ranch Seasoning to compare to yesterday and 4 WC / 4 YC seasoned with my homemade taco seasoning mix.

    In the end.. the Yellow Corn chips won... They're both delicious I just feel the yellow corn has a slightly better crunch and flavor.

    I air fried a couple serrano peppers, had them with pork chop and green beans and a couple air fried stuffed mushrooms.

    Looks like the blue corn is a Hopi thing.. which explains why you can find them in AZ and not in Iowa!
