    The switch will be a tight fit into the ring, no need for epoxy there (at least I didnt). Just a very very small dab in the bezel to hold the ring

    Anyone have a lead on the hilux switch? The eBay link in the first post doesn’t work anymore. A quick eBay search for “hilux 4x4 switch” didn’t find anything.

    The 4x4 switch pops out without having to remove the surround dash, correct?

    thats what the instructions imply..

    looks like for the 2015s, you have to pull off the whole surround.

    Its been 4 years since I did mine, so I'm a little foggy but I believe you have to get the left side loose enough to get your fingers back there to push the stock one out

    I took the entire thing off. But then again, I took it all off because I replaced it with the all black pc anyway.

    I have to remove the paneling. Was going to do this today, but id rather do it on a saturday in case if there's any issues I have an extra day to work with.
