Yeah it’s definitely not something I see on any other Tacoma’s besides white and I sure like how it looks. It’s subtle and not in your face but looks good. adds a little bit of contrast

 

Definitely! Ya, the subtleness was a big factor because most of my truck is black. I'll take a swing at tomorrow. If i don't like it I'll just peel if off lol

Didn’t want to crack the diffs again....buy once, cry once.

 

Harrops are easy to wire. All wiring and the switch is already mostly connected together. It’s really plug and play.

ECGS is top notch and they have a great warranty so it was an easy decision.

 

Cleaned my Throttle Body and installed my new 2011 honeycomb grille that replaced my Plastidipped Chrome! Emblem next.

 

Did the throttle body and MAF cleaning today. Not sure if it was ever done before, maybe it will help my MPG, which seems to be bad. I also picks up some gaskets from the stealership and got raped on the price($4 a gasket!!) So will 100 percent be online ordering from now on.

Tomorrow is spark plugs, front and rear diff fluid, and transfer case fluid. Got traditional oil for the transfer case, does anyone think I should return it and get full synthetic? I got full synthetic for everything else, they ran out of quarts.

Just changed out the spark plugs. Truck has 155k miles, I've owned it for 5k miles. They look like they've never been changed since both sides were different brands. Shouldn't they look worse for that many miles?

Well, I got the Dobinson snorkel installed this morning. Then a tech from another shop asked if I could press a new bearing on a hub & knuckle for his friends old Hyundai. I told him I wasn't even clocked in today as it was my day off....Did it anyway, but took some of my time away from working on my truck.
Then I sanded & painted the Mobtown tailgate skin and cap. ( Thanks again @ilubtimmyhos )
While that was drying, I started on the THOROUGH sound deadening of the front doors with the Noico mat and Noico foam mat on the inside of the door skins AND the door frames and installing the new JL Audio 6x9's and tweeters. Got both doors done. OMG what a difference!!!
Worked til 6pm and I had had enough of this heat. Next week I'll get to the rear doors and rear cab panel with more sound deadening and 6.5 JL Audio coaxial speakers. I swear my front doors now sound & feel like a woofer box

 

Snorkel looks great I’m kinda curious how well the sound deadening does I always thought my cab was quiet

 

Where did you get the tailgate inner cover thing?
