New (to me) 2007 V6 Manual access cab TRD Sport is having a few issues.
A day or two after I bought it, the heat/ac fan stopped working. Seems like this issue is well documented (although taking the blower motor out and cleaning it didn't seem to fix the problem, as it only works now after a solid whack on the glove box.
The bigger issue, however, is that concurrently I've noticed a significant amount of condensation in the passenger footwell. I tried to unclog the AC drain, but there was nothing significant blocking it/seemed pretty clear.
I did have the AC on for quite a while without the fan blowing...is it possible that this caused some sort of backup in the AC line that might have led to the moisture? Any other thoughts?
    Thanks so much!

How did you try to unclog the drain?
There is a hose that hangs down under the truck for AC drain.
Many guys have had to use compressed air to get theirs unclogged.
A few blasts form an air hose usually does the trick.

If that isn’t it, then you may have a water leak either from the windshield or fresh air intake.

Ok awesome. Thanks for that. I shoved a coat hanger pretty far up the tube and didn't find and debris, but I'll get some compressed air up there tomorrow to see if anything comes loose.

If the A/C stays on but the fan quits working, the coils will freeze up and likely leak onto the floor.

I used a long tyrap to unclog my drain. It has a nice round edge as I was nervous about poking a hole in it with a hanger.

I'm pretty sure that's what's happening. There was no moisture on the floor prior to the fan issue, we've had no rain, and there doesn't seem to be any debris in the AC drain
