I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Off Road edition. It looks like I need to replace my secondary air injection valve. Toyota quoted me at almost 1500 just for parts (includes new gaskets, air injection pump and the lot).

There does not seem to be any aftermarket parts for this at this time.

Does anyone know what to use other than stock parts at over $500?

There’s a thread on here where someone used Tundra valves. Search function might help.

There’s another option. HP Tuner can disable the SAI system - of course, it’s only for “off road use only” ;)

There’s a HP Tuner thread here too.

edit: here’s the HP tuner thread. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/hp-tuners-for-2005-2015.600793/
    FWIW, the tuner works great

I understood there was a service campaign to cover these... search the forum... If I find something I'll post back here.

It is for the 2012, but this may give you some legs to work with. Call Toyota Corp. They may have extended the coverage to 2013's also...

I've looked all over, called Toyota multiple times... so far it's only the 2012 models as far as I can figure.
