I have 1/2 top hat spacers which gives me an inch in lift, using stock bolts is ok, they’re short but still able to get a few turns of thread. I would recommend getting longer ones but the 1/4 inch spacer would be fine without longer bolts.

So you did 5100 with Eibach springs and got 3+ inch lift?

    Nice looking truck though!

Finally got notification that my Eibach stage 1 shipped and should be here Thursday. I will take measurements before and after and post pics when done. Should have it on the truck Friday! Set up will be 1st notch, 1/4" spacer for lean and a 1" block in the back. Sway bar relo is supposed to come with but hope to not need it.

This thread has been very helpful to me and I am about to pull the trigger for the Eibach kit from @HeadStrong Off-Road

But I have a new question for those with a 3rd Gen and the Eibach lift (or any modest 2inch lift): Does anyone have any issues with traction control/stability control/other traction electronics after installing the lift?

I stumbled onto this thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/stuff-that-breaks-after-installing-a-lift.667252/

Which then sent me to this VSC thread https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/lift-with-vsc-answer.41215/page-19

And I got curious and worried that lifting my 3rd gen will cause serious issues (beyond the normal vibes/wear/etc stuff that I accept). Seems that lifting a 2nd gen with VSC consistently causes issues that are very inconsistent to correct. I read that appropriate alignment (steering centered and tie rod relatively centered/ not maxed out one side) is important.

I have not found much on VSC issues for the 3rd gen, but it seems like a significant issue for 2nd gens that I am surprised was buried so deep in TW (I was close to buying a 2015 and would have flipped if I found this out after...).

I bring this up here because I’m most interested in the results of an Eibach lift on a 3rd gen with stock UCAs.

That's odd, what makes that kit 4WD only?

The Stage 1 kit I bought has 069 in the part number instead of the 007 yours shows. I have a 2WD drive truck but I don't remember specifying when purchasing.

Now that I looked at it, it says 2011-2015 models. Would it still fit? Haha

I got it from a local distributor. I wonder if it’s still applicable.

I was going by what there instructions from the website, weird. I'll go look at what part number is on my box from the kit I got back in December for shits and giggles.

The 16-18 kit is 069 like you stated. Maybe I can keep it and they’ll send another one. I could update my 4R’s suspension too haha

Yeah, second gen Taco instructions show 4 grooves. I'd try and exchange them for the right parts.
