For those wanting to caravan out there we are meeting up at McDonalds on Mission Gorge Rd in Mission Valley. We will meet at 5:45 and will be leaving promptly at 6:00.

 

Sounds like Doug and Matt are bringing some out to.

No I am not but I was thinking about saying f it and going out there by myself or meet up with those out there already. Just wanted a number so if I get there I can contact them to find camp.

 

I would not go up there now...rest meet us at 7 tomorrow and camp Sat...we have a shit load of wood to keep you warm

 

Hah well I'm not an early bird type so I don't think I'll catch ya'll at 7 but hopefully be able to find the group later in the morning.

Just FYI... I haven't got any texts with GPS so far... Maybe when they figure out where tonight's camp will be?

Hope they are having fun... wish we were there, but it is a perfect day here in Oceanside today... need to get outside!

Hope you found the campsite... Tri never phoned in the GPS... Look for a really BIG camp fire!

 

Wasn't able to find the camp site after dark so I just hit up Devils Slide and Shell Reef than back to Blowsand before heading back home. Still had fun though regardless of not being able to find the others.

 

I had an Awesome time yesterday Guys. Those of you who made it out Thank You. It was good to meet some new faces and great to see the familiar ones.

Battlescars sorry you couldnt find the crew. We were in the Cove off shell reef Xpressway.

No big deal, just being out there was fun and it was a bad play on my part not being able to get out there earlier but I had to prep the truck a little first. Oh well next time I'll try to make it there on time or 30-1hr late.

I did in fact cruise down main a couple times looking for the camp but didn't realize you guys were further down so I gave up and just went for a drive. Was pretty dead out there, only a few people at Devils Slide and absolutely nobody at Shell Reef which is a first for me.

 

Reception sucked..Sorry.

Had a Blast. Will camp 2 days next time.

 

Well I was able to spot a couple people on the road heading out that flashed their lights at me and when I got there I saw a DC red taco with a whip on the back that had a red and black flag on it. I was going to follow them but lost sight and then found them going the opposite direction on the highway. I think they were my only chance of finding camp.

 

That was Reckless!! ^^^
